About the Squires Home Owners Association
We are thrilled you have joined us as part of this community.
The Squires HOA was developed in the late 1970s by U.S. Homes. It encompasses 57 charming single-family homes, ranch, two-story, or tri-level styles, each situated on approximately one acre of beautiful land nestled amongst rolling hills. A lovely park, Pheasant Trail and Mallard Court, is right at the heart of Squires Park.
We are delighted to have you as a resident of this wonderful setting and look forward to participating in the many activities, events, and opportunities offered through our HOA.
The Squires Homeowners Association was founded in 1980 by neighbors who recognized the importance of creating a safe, healthy, and harmonious community for everyone. Our goal is to protect individual rights and interests while ensuring the overall well-being of all homeowners.
Regular board meetings are held with the Deer Park Village Trustees, discussing improvements and maintenance within our subdivision. Our annual meeting takes place annually in March at the Vehe Barn – a forum where members vote on important community matters. We also organize social events throughout the year to foster a strong sense of neighborly connection.
Annual membership dues are $100 per household, covering costs for maintaining common areas like entrance lighting and landscaping; updating street signs and posts; and funding special projects such as replacing old signage. We believe everyone in the Squires community benefits from shared expenses, ensuring equal access to maintenance, beautification improvements, and upgrades.
We are excited to welcome you personally and look forward to becoming your neighbors!
